Charles Max Wood started Ruby Rogues with 4 other developers. He later started JavaScript Jabber and The Freelancers' Show with other friends of his. These shows evolved into what is now the podcast arm of Top End Devs. He's been writing code professionally since 2006 and podcasting since 2008. His vision is to provide developers with the tools they need to create fulfilling careers and software that empowers positive change in the world.
